Evin and Minnie the cat have become such good friends that they are practically inseparable. In fact, some might suggest that Evin should have been named Mickey after his famous cartoon counterpart who is always seen with his beloved Minnie. According to Jessica Ryan, Evin was originally a barn cat who caught the eye of her boyfriend, Jesse, who is a dairy farmer. Evin was so sweet that Jesse decided to give him to Jessica as a Christmas gift in 2014. Soon after, Jessica and Jesse found a litter of kittens, and they couldn’t resist taking in Minnie since he looked like a mini version of Evin. Jessica and Jesse have since made a point to catch all the barn cats and have them fixed to prevent any more litters. When Minnie moved into his new home, Evin immediately took a liking to him, and the two have been best friends ever since.

Minnie grew fond of Evin and couldn’t bear to be separated from him, as he became her constant companion.

The red-haired lad was head over heels for his tiny doppelganger and couldn’t bear to be apart from him. Evin showered him with affection and tended to his needs. Although Evin longed for some alone time, Minnie refused to leave his side.

He desired to always be in Evin’s presence.

It doesn’t matter to him whether there’s an available space for him or not.

Evin has a very relaxed and affectionate personality, while Minnie is quite the opposite – she’s wild and energetic, constantly darting around the house in a frenzy. We have to tire her out with some intense playtime before bedtime! Both of them really enjoy wrestling and roughhousing with each other.

They are constantly by each other’s side throughout the day.

Minnie learned from Evin that if humans are packing their bags for a trip, she should jump into the suitcase to make them stay.

Sitting patiently near the window, eagerly anticipating the arrival of their mother’s car in the driveway.

Evin is assisting his Minnie in solving the puzzle of this feline-themed mat.

Time for slumber!

Minnie has grown significantly and is now just half the size of Evin, her companion whom she met more than a year ago. Though time has passed, their bond remains unbreakable as they continue to stick by each other’s side. The two furry creatures have become indispensable parts of their owner’s life, who affectionately refers to them as “the little loves of my life.”
