One day, Peter Mares observed his cat, Keys, raise her paws in an unusual manner. Intrigued, he took a photo of it. The next day, Keys repeated the gesture, prompting Peter to capture another picture. However, the reason behind her action is still unknown. Is it a yoga pose or an act of reverence? Nobody knows for sure. Peter refers to her as Goalkitty and thinks she may be celebrating Portugal’s Euro 2016 win or mimicking a goal post. She might even be attempting the famous “Iceland clap.” Regardless of the cause, we hope she continues to amuse us with her eccentric behavior.
