When Charice Fca Cha, a 29-year-old, stumbled upon a Facebook post stating that Lucky needed a new home, she knew she had to adopt him. Little did she know that the photo she posted of Lucky would receive over 11,000 likes and more than 600 comments. Despite common belief, Lucky’s brow is not the result of a permanent marker.

Charice commented that some individuals assume that her dog, Lucky, who has eyebrows above his blue eye, is either photo-shopped or drawn on with a permanent marker. Despite his unusual appearance, Lucky is relatively healthy, and Charice assures people that he can see correctly despite having heterochromia. However, Lucky is still learning to adjust to his new home and socialize with other dogs and humans. He can be hyper, naughty, scared of sounds and people, and sometimes bites Charice’s other dog, Harry, due to his loyalty to her. Charice intends to enroll Lucky in school to improve his social skills. She created social media accounts for Lucky due to the sudden worldwide attention he received, and many people find his appearance amusing.
